This hotel is perfect and neat, with very friendly staff. the restaurant is good, and the room is brand-new with incredible views, a balcony, and a nice bathroom. the location is ideal, just minutes away from the Fonti di Follonica Drinking Water Fountain.

It was impossible to sleep late in the morning because staff started cleaning other rooms very early and did it very noisy

Make sure to get twin/double room with thermal isolation and fabulous view. It has peaceful and perfect location close to centre. The staff is competent and very amiable and the atmosphere is quiet.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying an awesome area, near to the center of Siena, and two fantastic restuarants, off the beaten path, in Siena. The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large and had a STUNNING view of the town.

hotel's room was good sized and brand-new with an astonishing view across the tuscan hills. the location of the property was best possible, on top of mountain.

Booked a room with views out to the hills. the breakfast with numerous options was served in the bar. - Decent residential location right by the center of Siena, Piazza del Campo, and the Torre del Mangia. - Two fantastic restaurants, off the beaten path, in Siena.

Staff very helpful and there was a good choice of breakfast.

Hotel is very well placed in one of the world's finest little cities. Just outside the walls and about 10 minutes from the Campo. Ample free parking on site. Large clean supervised pool with adjacent Snack Bar.Breakfast simple but adequate.Great view of Siena from the hotel.

Loud piped music at the poolside (Guns n Roses every afternoon).No air conditioning. The receptionist tried to convince us that the walls were in some way cleverly refridgerated,but I fear we paid a bit extra only to get the benefit of thick walls and not real air conditioning.Be careful when billed to check they correctly charge for extras ( we nearly paid twice for drinks taken from the bar)

The breakfast was particularly nice and fine with stunning views. the panoramic view from the room was brand-new. - the breakfast had all you need.

It´s wonderful hotel and the staff is very friendly

I enjoyed everthing about my stay in this hotel. At first I was a bit worried as I got the bus to the hotel from the train station and it seemed ages to the town. but when I arrived the landlady at the hotel showed me the quick way to the piazza del campo which took only 10 mins to walk. The whole experience of Siena was fantastic. the hotel staff were fantastic and firendly. the room i stayed in was also brilliant.
